Carl recently led the design and implementation of a comprehensive AIDET communication and customer experience initiative for a federally qualified health center, training leaders, providers, clinical teams, and administrative staff to create a more consistent and patient-centered experience across the organization. His work helps healthcare organizations improve communication, strengthen workplace culture, increase employee accountability, and elevate the overall patient experience.
